GES USA employees undergo rigorous training that begins on the first day of employment and continues throughout the duration of the employee’s career at GES. Employees receive the benefit of GES’ more than 25 years of experience in the industry, as well as the latest training on a variety of technologies and techniques. As part of a continued commitment to the US market, GES has partnered with Work Force Systems to open a wind power training facility in Abilene, Texas, with a commitment by GES to hire at least 50% of graduates.
